Our weight limit for passengers is 220 lbs per person or 100 kg. With 5-6 passengers per flight.

Flight times are usually 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, but the whole experience takes a few hours and the memories last forever

If you need to cancel - fees may be charged 

if less than 48 hour notice= 50%

If less than 24 hour notice = no refund

If (rare occasion) the pilot cancels due to weather at site = full refund

Generally with in an hour of sunrise and a few hours before sunset. Your confirmation email will provide a 15 minute window of anticipated launch time, plan on being ready prior to launch for briefing.
